Our Story

For over 30 years, MIFAB has been manufacturing products that serve the public good. Almost all of them have been manufactured to national
and International Plumbing Standards such as ASTM, ASME, USC, ASSE and PDI. We test and certify our products to these high standards to ensure
their quality and performance keeps our end users safe.

Water safety is at the forefront of MIFAB’s product lines. Our grease interceptors are engineered to capture grease from the kitchen sink and
prevent it from entering waterways, where it can cause contamination and pollution of the public’s water systems. Using a MIFAB certified grease
interceptor in public restaurants and food establishments is crucial to keeping our environment clean and sustainable.

MIFAB also manufactures backflow preventers. These products are connected to the incoming water supply line from the local city and allow
fresh, clean drinking water to be available inside of a public building. They are designed to prevent contaminated water from a building enter back
into the public water supply; ensuring that the public water supply remains safe and fresh to drink.

We take our responsibility of protecting the nation’s water supply very seriously.
We are continuously creating and improving products to further this important reason for our existence.
